ANTHONY ARNOLD
As the founder of Black Eagle Capital, Anthony leads the vision and overall capitalization structure. Anthony is responsible for deal execution and organizing relationships in line with the organization's investment horizon.

Anthony launched his career in aviation and aviation underwriting following graduation from Texas Christian University. Utilizing his experience on an airport ramp during his youth, Anthony quickly moved into an FBO operations/services role at TAC Air – SLC and then promoted to the Denver market as Operations Manager for TAC Air - APA at Denver’s Centennial Airport, the second busiest general aviation airport in the U.S. As an integral part of the core leadership team, the Centennial Airport-based FBO received the honor and national recognition as the 11th best FBO in the country by Professional Pilot Magazine.

Continuing to grow his management skills, Anthony transitioned into a corporate role for parent company TAC – The Arnold Companies in the Spring of 2021, serving as Corporate Development Manager, an M&A role supporting the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer in research, sourcing and acquisitions while executing a dual position in the wholesale petroleum distribution business of TACenergy overseeing Supply & Logistics operations for the central U.S. Concluding his 5th year with TAC in 2023, Anthony began building the plans for Black Eagle Capital and launched in the Fall 2023.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Economics from Texas Christian University and resides in Dallas. On weekends and holidays, you can find him enjoying his passion for the outdoors skiing, fishing, enjoying big game archery, or hunting waterfowl.
​
With an aptitude for building strong relationships and focused leadership, Anthony’s desire to empower small businesses as they scale guides the Black Eagle Capital approach.

Casey Park
Casey Park is the Chief Investment Officer at TAC - The Arnold Companies. Casey has over 20 years of experience in investment management and M&A. Prior to serving in various roles for the past decade at TAC, Casey held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.
Casey holds an MBA from The University of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

James Henry Russell
James Henry Russell is the Chief Financial Officer at TAC – The Arnold Companies. A dedicated professional in financial services for both private and education sectors, he has led accounting, credit, M&A, information technology, human resources, fundraising, continuing education, and construction. Prior to his current role at TAC, James Henry held leadership positions at Texarkana College (President), Texarkana Independent School District (Superintendent), Bunch Wholesale Companies (EVP &CFO), Texas A&M Texarkana (Adjunct Faculty), and Thomas & Thomas (Accountant).

James Henry holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the American College of Education in Indianapolis, a Master of Education Administration from Texas A&M University, Texarkana, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, College Station. He is a Certified Public Accountant. James Henry also dedicates his time to local charities including leadership roles at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church, ArklaTex100, Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts of America, AR-TEX REDI, and Christus St Michael Foundation.

Harold H Ginsburg
Harold H. Ginsburg is the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Asset Service Corporation (SASCO) a boutique corporate real estate firm, with the goal of providing clients exceptional service and the highest quality real estate solutions.
With a history of more than 40 years in business and many hundreds of successfully completed transactions, Harold and SASCO have completed leases, acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio analyses and strategic real estate planning throughout the United States for clients ranging from small businesses to private equity, publicly held companies, and to Fortune 500 companies.

Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for The Family Place, the largest domestic violence agency in Texas supporting spouses and families dealing with abuse. Harold also serves on the Board of Directors of Trek Resources and Pegasus Bank, Dallas. He formerly served as the Chairman of the Brain Injury Association of America, Washington, D.C. He has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of numerous financial institutions and has worked with many community and philanthropic organizations, focusing primarily on assisting victims of family violence and improving children’s health and education.

Harold received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas.
